The first offer
A trip for two around an approved Black Coffee event, with a defined ticket allocation, flights and hotel budget. Add points-redemption tickets for selected shows. Any VIP or special access must be explicitly confirmed by the artist, promoter and venue.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Confirm the foundation’s current operating priorities, authorized team and cross-border giving route. Do not imply US tax deductibility or route gifts through OCF by default. Event dates, ticket inventory, age limits, travel eligibility, hospitality, budgets and permissions must be confirmed with the artist, promoter and venue. The 2026 O2 orchestral show is a past format reference, not an upcoming prize.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
