The first offer
An approved signed collectible or football experience, with a gaming activation only if rights and participation are confirmed. The Logan Bowl is an existing program, not guaranteed donor access.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Use the current 23 and Troops name. Keep initiative designations accurate and preserve existing programs. No PTSD treatment claims, patient access or medical data collection. Confirm NFL/team/game publisher rights, athlete time and inventory before launch.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.

The foundation’s initiatives include 23 and Troops, supporting military members, veterans and frontline workers, and The Logan Project, bringing gaming systems to children in medical treatment.
