The first offer
An approved signed item or entertainment experience could introduce the club. No casting access, production role, premiere ticket or personal introduction is assumed.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Use current economic, civic and cultural priorities. Confirm receiving entity, recurring-gift acceptance and artist rights. No employment, casting or grant promises. Civic content must be foundation-approved; never collect sensitive identity information in a demo.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
