The first offer
An approved signed record, merchandise allocation or concert flyaway could introduce the club. Artist appearances, concert inventory and travel are proposals only, with timing and rules agreed by both teams.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Confirm the foundation’s existing donor programs, charitable recipient and recurring-gift arrangements. Agree on youth participation, moderation and content permissions before launch. Never reward disclosure of mental health histories or make support resources conditional on donating. Be There belongs to Jack.org and its foundation partnership: link to the official course, with any completion verification or incentives separately approved.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
