The first offer
An approved signed collectible or a separately confirmed basketball experience. No promise of NBA tickets, player access or a school visit.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Preserve I PROMISE and existing foundation programs. Confirm receiving entity, recurring giving terms and foundation/athlete rights before launch. Never offer access to students, scholarship preference or educational outcomes as donor benefits.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
