The first offer
An approved screening or recorded craft conversation. Membership is never an audition or program application advantage.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Use the nonprofit foundation’s recipient and brand approvals, not the commercial production company’s. Protect creator rights and separate donations from selection into programs.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
