A signed collectible or confirmed entertainment experience could anchor a campaign. Event access, appearances and all inventory require approval.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Preserve current foundation campaigns and giving. Confirm rights for Shaq, events and third-party brands separately. No invented event dates, youth access, court-building totals or guaranteed outcomes. Foundation and athlete approval required before external use.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
