The first offer
Signed tennis items, ticket allocations and supporter sessions are proposed. Tournament, athlete and equipment-partner approvals are required.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Coordinate with the foundation’s existing giving and brand partnerships. Student programs and school access are not rewards. Confirm photographic permissions and keep all benefits subject to availability.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
