The first offer
Proposed signed basketball items, an Ayesha-selected food bundle and tickets from an approved allocation. Team, league, brand and event rights must be confirmed.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Confirm the foundation’s direct charitable recipient and cost treatment. Its existing statement about founders covering overhead does not establish that this proposed program is fee-free. Never imply that rewards give access to children or schools.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
