The first offer
Proposed signed records, books and concert allocations can refresh existing participation. Inventory and artist commitments require approval.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Existing Propeller partner: this is a growth concept, not new-partner onboarding. Preserve current memberships, giving routes, consent and benefits. Reconcile current terms before adding rewards. Public community resources must remain free; do not collect sensitive identity data for engagement.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
