The first offer
A signed show poster or an approved ticket allocation. Keep the community’s purpose bigger than the prize.
Artist participation, inventory, eligibility, points and any sweepstakes rules are agreed before launch.
Recipient and program decisions
Work through the existing fund and its team. Confirm recipient, grant language and both co-founders’ roles. Add to existing tour giving without double-counting it.
Agree on gift amounts, costs, payment routing, consent, responsibilities and reporting access before collecting donations.
